Monthly Rates--ask us for information regarding availability of limited number of monthly rate sites for 2008. Monthly rates are shown below.

	Limit of one RV/Tent and one vehicle per site.
	Rates are for 2 people. Each additional adult - $4. Each additional child over 3 years thru 17 years - $2.50.
	Camper's Special: Pay for 6 nights and get the 7th night free.
	Reservations require a deposit. See our reservation and cancellation policies web page. No other refunds are given.
	Visitors--daily $4 additional adult and $2.50 additional child fee(s) apply.
	Additional Vehicles--daily $5 fee for trailers, boats, transport/moving vehicles will be charged.

All rates are subject to 6.5% MN sales tax.

(Available monthly sites will be determined by management.)

	Reservations require the 1st month registration charges to be paid as a deposit. All charges for the entire stay/reservation are payable at time of arrival. The deposit will be applied to the reservation charge.
	If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must cancel at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date to be eligible to receive a refund.
	A $50 cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made prior to the 30 day deadline.
	No refund will be given after the 30 day deadline or for early departure.
	Rates are for 2 people. Each additional adult - $75/month. Each additional child over 3 years thru 17 years - $50/month.
	Limit of one RV/Tent and one vehicle per site.
	Visitors--daily $4 additional adult and $2.50 additional child fee(s) will be charged.
	Additional Vehicles--monthly $50 fee for trailers, boats, transport/moving vehicles will be charged.
