RESERVATION,
DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Nightly or Weekly Reservations
Reservation Guarantee Deposit:
A credit card deposit equal to the registration charges
for your first night is required to guarantee a reservation. The deposit
will be charged at the time of reservation.
Cancellation Requirements for Deposit Refund:
If you are unable to honor your reservation, you must
call and cancel prior to deadlines:
 | RV/Tent: 72 hours - To cancel your RV/tent
reservation, notify us by 4 p.m. three days prior to your scheduled arrival. |
| CABIN: 14 days - To cancel your Cabin
reservation, notify us by 4 p.m. two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival
date. |
| Reservations made after deadlines will require a
nonrefundable deposit. |
Cancellation Charges:
| A $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged for
cancellations made prior to deadline. |
| Cancellations after these deadlines will result in
forfeiture of deposit. |

Monthly Reservations
Reservation Guarantee Deposit:
Reservations require the 1st month registration
charges to be paid as a deposit. All charges for the entire
stay/reservation are payable at time of arrival. The deposit will be
applied to the reservation charge.
Cancellation Requirements for Deposit Refund:
| If you are unable to honor your reservation, you
must cancel at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date to be
eligible to receive a refund. |
| Reservations made after deadlines will require a
nonrefundable deposit. |
Cancellation Charges:
| A $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged for
cancellations made prior to the 30 day deadline. |
| Cancellations after these deadlines will
result in forfeiture of deposit. |

 | Pets are welcome. (Sorry, no pitbulls,
rottweilers, dobermans). |
| Let us walk, feed and pet your furry friend while
you play. |

| Security gate:
arrivals and setups by 9 p.m. please. |
| Credit cards: We
accept Visa and MasterCard only. Sorry, no personal checks. |
| Refunds: Sorry,
we CANNOT REFUND for early departures.
Guests are responsible at time of registration for all nights reserved
unless reservation is changed in accordance with cancellation deadlines prior
to your arrival date. |
